Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at GRAINSCAPE NATURAL FOODS LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to provide the best possible experience while you transact with us.
This Return and Refunds Policy describes the steps and policies that we follow if you would like to return the product after it is delivered to you and how we process the refunds for the returns and cancelled orders.
This policy is applicable to all the purchases you made at https://www.grainscape.in or by through our mobile application — Grainscape.
RETURNS:
Being Groceries and Food items, the items purchased on Grainscape.in are non-returnable unless
This privacy notice describes how we might use your information if you:
- the product delivered is different from what was ordered by you
- it is determined that the product was damaged by the time it was delivered to you
- the quality of product is not upto the standards as described, ex. the grains have more mud balls/pebbles or the fruits/vegetables are rotten by the time they are delivered.
To request return of the product, please drop a mail to support@grainscape.in with the photograph of the product within 24 hours after delivery. You may even call our customer care centre at 040-66622255/ 040-66622256/040-66622257.
Once the product is marked as Returnable, we will make arrangements for pickup of the material.
- The product is to be returned in original condition (with original and a non-tampered package, MRP tag intact)
we will replace the same with new item or will refund the full amount if it cannot be replaced.
REFUNDS:
If you cancel the order as per our cancellation policy or return the product as per the returns policy, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
The refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below.
- Credit Card/ Debit Card: 3-5 Business Days
- Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account): 3-5 Business Days
- UPI Linked Bank Account: 2-4 Business Days
If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
