This Shipping and Cancellation Policy describes how we ship the products that you have ordered and what are the limitations in cancellation of the orders:

This policy is applicable to all the purchases you made at https://www.grainscape.in or by through our mobile application — Grainscape.

SHIPPING:

All the products you have ordered with us will be delivered by our personnel, agents, affiliates or third party logistic partners within Min 2 Days or Max 5 Days from the date of order shipped.

We at Grainscape, ship the products thrice in a month and the next delivery dates are provided to you at the time of purchase. You can choose your convenient date for shipping of the products while placing the order.

The shipping charges are in addition to the product costs as applicable and are mentioned to you at the time of purchase.

We take utmost care to deliver your orders on time as committed. There might be delays in deliveries due to the conditions which are out of our control, and you will be informed on the same time to time.

You can track the status by logging into your account either on the website or on our mobile application.

CANCELLATION:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by logging into your account either on the website or on our mobile application. You can even cancel the order by writing to us at support@grainscape.in.

In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order depending on the time of cancellation.

Before Processing:

If you opt to cancel the order before the processing starts, we will refund the full amount paid by you including the shipping charges. Normally the processing starts a week before your expected shipping date.

After Processing:

No cancellation is allowed after the Processing is completed.

Subscription:

Subscriptions can not be cancelled, of course they can be skipped 1 month (for 3 months subscription), 2 months (for 6 months subscription) and 3 months (for 12 months subscription). The items will be delivered in the consecutive months.
